Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, our team will contact you with your boarding location, departure instructions, digital guide, and any important updates before your tour.
Weather & Safety
Guest safety is our highest priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe for travel, guests will be notified at least one day before the scheduled departure. In such cases, the tour will be rescheduled to the next available date, subject to availability and operational schedules.
Booking Policy
The vessel, departure schedule, and itinerary are subject to operational requirements, weather conditions, and management discretion. Al Mesk Travel & Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary, departure time, boarding location, or vessel assignment whenever necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
Payments & Refunds
All bookings are final and non-refundable.
Guests may request to reschedule their booking at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled tour departure, subject to availability and approval by Al Mesk Travel & Tours. Rescheduling is permitted once only and is non-refundable.
If the rescheduled tour is subsequently cancelled by the guest or cannot be attended for any reason, no refund, credit, or further rescheduling will be provided.
Rescheduling requests received less than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled departure cannot be accommodated.
Guests who fail to arrive before the scheduled departure time or who do not attend the tour will be considered no-shows, and no refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major debit and credit cards securely processed through PayPal.

Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated boarding location on time and for providing accurate booking information. Guests must comply with all safety instructions provided by the boat captain and crew during boarding, departure, and return transportation.
Guests are also responsible for their own safety, personal belongings, and compliance with the rules and regulations of Failaka Island and its facilities. Failure to comply with safety instructions or applicable regulations may result in refusal of boarding or removal from the vessel without refund.
