If weather conditions are not advisable, guests will be informed one day before the scheduled tour. The tour will be rescheduled to the next available date, subject to availability and operational schedule.
No refunds are issued for weather-related rescheduling.

• Al Mesk Travel & Tours reserves the right to adjust boat type or tour schedule for safety or operational reasons.

• All payments are non-refundable

• Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 5 days before the tour date

• Reschedule requests made less than 5 days before the tour are not permitted

• No-shows or late arrivals will result in forfeiture of the booking with no refund
